LANA OKIRO
Lana’s outstanding still life paintings have made her
one of the most exciting emerging talents working here in the
UK. Created with oil on canvas, her highly textured contemporary
interpretations use distinctive bold strokes and bright colours
which result in vivid works with a surprising element of subtlety.
By using a palette knife Lana ensures that every stroke is
clearly defined; this lends a striking clarity to the finished
image which is heightened by a unique glossed finish.
Born in Western Ukraine Lana now lives and paints in Surrey.
Her uplifting original images are making a huge impact on the
UK Market.
